Depositor Comments

Please note in Addgene's NGS result there are few ambiguous bases in one of the ITRs. ITRs can be difficult to sequence. Additionally an 8bp deletion of a GT repeat was identified in the mGAD65(delE1) promoter compared to the depositor's reference sequence. The depositor confirmed that the plasmid is still functional.
