This digest shows the NEB 1kb ladder, the uncut plasmid and the plasmid digested with the enzyme EcoRI.
The digest did not go to completion but the 2 bands that represent digested plasmid match the size of the backbone (~4.7kb) and the size of the insert (~1.6kb). We see the expected pattern.
