Depositor Comments

Plasmid contains L60S, D96G, S115G, Y316H, and S700G mutations in hADAM10 compared to the NCBI reference sequence NP_001101.1. These mutations were present in the original DNA that was was PCR amplified from human placenta cDNA and are not known to affect plasmid function.
