Depositor Comments
Strain can be grown in LB with 50 μg/mL Kanamycin, or without antibiotics. Parental strain is the marionette sensor-Clo sAJM.1504, with background DH10B.
Colonies should be checked by fluorescence microscopy for YFP expression before selecting one for experiments. Although the likelihood of picking a colony that underwent recombination without inducer is low (~1/100), it is still possible and could lead to downstream experimental issues.
