Depositor Comments

There are some discrepancies between Addgene's quality control sequence and the author's sequence, but the Mitani lab has confirmed that this plasmid is correct. The depositor has also confirmed that there is an extra SacI site present in the plasmid is not apparent in the theoretical sequence on which the map below is based. Addgene does not recommend using SacI for a diagnostic digest.
