Depositor Comments

The Hygromycin resistance cassette in pcDNA5/FRT/TO has been replaced with the Neomycin resistance casette from pEGFP-N1.

This plasmid can be used to create inducible stable cell lines with the FRT T-Rex system in RPE cells (RPE cells are Hygromycin resistant due to immortalization with telomerase and therefore unmodified pcDNA5/FRT/TO (originally conferring Hygromycin resistance) cannot be used.).
