This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmis 53113 with the following enzymes: NotI-HF and EcoRI-HF. We expect the following pattern: NotI single: 7kb; EcoRI single: 5kb and 1.7kb; NotI/EcoRI double: 5kb, 1.4kb, and 0.3kb (too weak to visualize on image). We see the expected pattern.
