This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid 62057 with the following enzymes: XhoI and NheI-HF.
We expect the linearized plasmid to give 1 band of 8.5kb and the double digest to give 2 bands of ~7kb and 1.5kb. We see the expected pattern, although the 1.5kb band is very faint.
