This gel depicts the NEB 1kb DNA ladder and a digestion of plasmid 62655 with XhoI and HindIII-HF.
We expected the following banding patterns:
XhoI single digest: ~6.8kb
XhoI / HindIII-HF double digest: ~ 3.6, 2.3, and 0.8kb
We see the expected result, although the lowest band is quite faint.
