This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pNICKclos2.0 with the following enzymes: SpeI-HF and XhoI.
We expected and confirmed the following results:
Digested with SpeI-HF, expected band at 11.7 kb.
Digested with SpeI-HF/XhoI, expected bands at 2.1 and 9.6 kb.
