Weissman Lab Target Site Library (PCT48)
(Pooled Library #170392)

  • Purpose

This lentiviral library includes a constitutively expressed GFP cassette with a lineage tracing "Target Site". The 3' UTR of GFP contains three Cas9-targetable spacer sequences and a random 14-bp barcode at high sequence diversity.

The three cut-sites in the Target Site are complementary to the three sgRNAs expressed from the triple-sgRNA-BFP-Puromycin construct, Plasmid 170391: PCT62.
