Purpose

Ready-to-use AAV9 particles produced from pAAV-hSynapsin- soCoChR-GFP (#107708). In addition to the viral particles, you will also receive purified pAAV-hSynapsin- soCoChR-GFP plasmid DNA.

Synapsin-driven somatic CoChR (soCoChR) fused to GFP for optogenetic activation. These AAV preparations are suitable purity for injection into animals.
