Sugden lab plasmid p3313
Addgene's sequencing results differ from the full plasmid sequence provided by the depositing by a single nucleotide insertion between bp# 2412&2413 and a four nucleotide deletion of bp #2493-2496. These differences are in IRES and the depositing laboratory verified the IRES is functional.
