Addgene diagnostic digest

This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pLVET-tTR-KRAB with the following enzymes: BamHI, EcoRI.

We expect to see the following band pattern: 12.4kb for BamHI and 10.8kb+1.6kb for EcoRI. We see the expected result.

This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid with the following enzymes: FspI, MscI and FspI+MscI double digest.

We expected the following band sizes for this digest: 12.4kb; 12.4kb; 10.3kb and 2.1kb. We see the expected pattern.
