Depositor Comments

4 HA tag cloned into Not1 site as Not1 cassette so two Not1 sites at 5' end of gene. Please note that the Addgene verified sequence finds an R210H mutation in PPP2R5D. Other differences compared to the depositor sequence do not affect plasmid function.
