Depositor Comments

This plasmid contains a SARS-CoV-2 viral sequence fragment that covers basepairs 8555 to the end of the genome. Because of sequence complexities in nsp3, it is difficult to synthesize the complete nsp3 gene. This construct may be useful to produce RNA controls for assays, as well as serve as templates to make antigens.
