The Brainbow3.2 cassette was derived from pThy1-Brainbow3.2 (https://www.addgene.org/45179/).

Addgene QC identified several ambiguous bases in the backbone sequence that could not be resolved by standard NGS. These ambiguities are present in the backbone sequence and are not of concern for the function of the construct.
