Tcf-4 binding elements (TBEs). To construct the four tandem repeats of TBE1, we dimerized oligonucleotide cassettes containing two copies of the site and cloned the products into pBV-Luc (5'-CTAGCGCACCTTTGATTTCTGCACCTTTGATTTCTG-3' and 5'-CTAGCAGAAATCAAAGGTGCAGAAATCAAAGGTGCG-3')
