Clone is an kinase dead mutant of NLK1, analogous to K155M mutant of mouse NLK.

Species of Sequence Origin: zebrafish.

Notes for Use: For functional synthetic RNA, linearize with Asp 718 and transcribe with SP6. Select clones with amp.
