Depositor Comments
The insert begins with a Gateway attR destination cloning cassette (for insertion of gene regulatory sequences), followed by a DSCP synthetic core promoter, a Syn21 translation enhancer, a QF2 transcription factor followed by a p10 3' untranslated region. The insert is flanked by Gypsy insulator sequences to enable more homogeneous transgene expression at diverse genetic insertion sites. The backbone includes a phiC31 attB sequence for targeted transgenesis and a mini-white gene to allow transgene selection.
