Depositor Comments
The insert begins with 13 copies of the LexA binding sequence followed by a DSCP synthetic core promoter, a Multiple Cloning Site followed by a p10 3' untranslated region. The insert is flanked by Gypsy insulator sequences to enable more homogeneous transgene expression at diverse genetic insertion sites. The backbone includes a phiC31 attB sequence for targeted transgenesis and a mini-white gene to allow transgene selection.
