Depositor Comments
pAAV-Neo_CAG is an empty AAVS1-targeting backbone used as a filler plasmid during genome editing. It carries a CAG-driven neomycin resistance cassette and is co-delivered with pAAV-Puro_siKD2.0 (Plasmid #220536) during nucleofection to enrich for biallelic AAVS1 integration. This plasmid does not express any shRNA or functional payload and serves only as a selection-compatible filler vector.
