Depositor Comments
This plasmid contains Drosophila U6:3 promoter sequence for gRNA expression followed by a multiple cloning site. The backbone includes a ZsGreen fluorescent protein under 3xP3 promoter to allow detection of undesired vector backbone insertion that can occur during HDR.
