Depositor Comments
This plasmid replaces the pMIN-VS1 Level 2 backbone in the linked publication (Addgene # 197783). pEM790 contains the 'overdrive' sequence that was accidentally omitted from pMIN-VS1. pMIN-VS1 is still functional, but we find fewer transformants using pMIN-VS1 when compared to pEM790. For cloning, pEM790 functions exactly the same way as pMIN-VS1.
