Addgene Diagnostic Digest

This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid 42875 with the following enzymes: XhoI and XhoI+PstI.
We expect the following results: 2.3kb and 0.4kb for the double digest; 2.7kb for the single digest. We see the expected results (0.4kb band not shown).
