Accession # KR029109. A fragment containing a modified ccdB flanked by two BsaI sites was cloned into the vector to produce the CRISPR/Cas9 binary vector. This can be used for inserting sgRNA cassette.
Please note that an IS5 transposase insertion sequence was found during Addgene's quality control process. The depositing lab noted that the presence of IS5 should not affect plasmid function.
