Medium copy number in E. coli. The literature (e.g., Yang et al., Res. in Microbiol. [Inst. Pasteur] 164, 127-135, 2013) says that there is substantial variability in the copy number of pDU1-based plasmids in Anabaena PCC 7120 dependent on the insert in the plasmid.
