111-445: DNA from B. amyloliquefaciens.
131-403: barstar structural gene Genbank #X15545. Grown in Super Broth at 37^0 C, yield, reaching o.5 to 1 g/l, increases for 10-12 hours after growth stops. Barstar is intracellular.
