This gel depicts the NEB 1 kb extended Ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pDB070.iodo.5 with the following enzyme(s): HindIII-HF and NheI-HF
Results: Observed a band at ~ 7.3 kb with enzyme Hindlll-HF , and a band at ~4.7kb and at ~2.6kb with Nhel-HF
