Addgene's Affinity Reagent Sequence Policy

Addgene has implemented an Affinity Reagent Sequence Policy to protect proprietary information contained in some material sequences. In order to view these sequences, we ask that you agree to the following terms. If you choose not to accept these terms you can still access our website, but some sequences will not be available to view.

In addition to Addgene's website terms of use, in accepting this policy below, you understand and agree to the following terms for these proprietary sequences:

1) these sequences are proprietary information;
2) these sequences are being made available to you for informational purposes only;
3) you may not use these sequences to produce, make, derive, or otherwise manufacture any materials, including but not limited to, DNA and proteins, irrespective of commercial purpose; and
4) you may not share, send or transfer sequence information to anyone outside your lab.

To the extent these proprietary sequence terms conflict with any other terms referenced above, these sequence terms shall take precedence.
