- Plasmid pBS5 is based upon pyGFP described in Prein et al.. Plasmid pDH22 is coupled with pSH47 to introduce CFP (cyan-fluorescent protein) at the N-terminal end of a protein as described by Prein et al. The mutations described for pDH3 were introduced into pyGFP to convert the GFP to CFP.
