Kitamura T, Koshino Y, Shibata F, Oki T, Nakajima H, Nosaka T, Kumagai H. Retroviral vector designed for expression cloning and efficient gene transfer. The pMX vector harbors 5 long terminal repeat (LTR) and the extended packaging signal derived from MFG followed by a multi-cloning site (MSC) suitable for cDNA library construction and 3 LTR of MMLV.
