- Created by Moore, July 1995, under contract with NCBI. The SV40 T-antigen gene and origin of replication from pSVXB-p1 was cloned as an AvaI/XbaI fragment into XbaI/HincII cut pUC18, after filling in the AvaI site. The SV40 T antigen gene was cloned into pUC18. A shuttle vector for cloning sequences which function in mammalian cells as enhancers. Medium is 1227 LB plus ampicillin.
