Myristoylated Kinase Library
Addgene is a non-profit plasmid repository. We archive and distribute high quality plasmids from your colleagues. Contact us to learn more.
This library consists of 192 human kinases and kinase-related open reading frames (ORFs) cloned into a retroviral vector which adds a myristoylation sequence and flag-epitope tag to each ORF. Academic and non-profit laboratories may request these vectors from Addgene for research and educational use.
These plasmids have been described in:
Integrative Genomic Approaches Identify IKBKE as a Breast Cancer Oncogene.
Boehm, Zhao, Yao et al. Cell 129(6):1065-1079, 2007. PubMed 17574021
This kit includes only the kinase library clones from the Boehm, Zhao, Yao et al. publication. All other plasmids
from the publication can be found here .

The kit is $650, plus shipping and handling. This kit will be shipped as bacterial glycerol stocks, 96-well format, on dry ice. Samples should be frozen at -80oC immediately upon arrival. Individual plasmids can be ordered at $65 per plasmid, and will be shipped as bacterial stabs.
The Myristoylated Kinase Library plasmids are divided into and distributed as two plates:
