This gel depicts the NEB 1kb extended Ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pTRE3G-Bi-α-chain with the following enzyme(s): Xho I XbaI.
Expected bands: 1 band 3961 bp , 2 bands ( 3170 + 791 )bp
Results: Observed a band at ~39kb with single cut, a band at ~31kb and a faint band at~791bp with double cut.
