Depositor Comments

A human OAZ cDNA missing the first 18 codons (KIAA0760) was obtained from the Kazusa DNA Research Institute. A clone containing the amino-terminal end of human OAZ cDNA (ATCC Clone No. 2019478) was obtained from the EST database and sequenced. Full-length cDNA encoding human OAZ was constructed by fusing synthesized oligonucleotides encoding the first 18 amino acids to the KIAA0760 clone.
