pCL25 can integrate into the L54a attB site, whereas pLL29 and pLL39 can integrate at either one of the two sites: L54a attB and phi-11 attB. In addition, pLL39 has a tandem terminator at one side
of the multiple cloning sites to prevent read through of the cloned gene from
an external promoter once integrated into the chromosome.
