Zebrafish axin2 cDNA (unclear if full-length or not) in pSPORT1. Clone 24h4 from microarray screen 1st round (Matthew Clark normalized late somitogenesis / 24 hpf / liver library). For antisense probe synthesis.
Pretty ubiquitously expressed during gastrulation. Positively regulated by Wnt signaling.
