Encodes epitope-tagged human Pre-pro-IGF1 as described in JBC 270:17566-74 (1995), with an FLAG tag inserted between the “pre” signal sequence and before the pro-IGF1 sequence. The FLAG tag becomes N-terminal after cleavage of the signal sequence.
