Depositor Comments
Control epegRNA vector derived from ATP1A1_G4_Q118R_Std_Dual_epegRNA. This vector can be used as a positive control for prime editing to co-target ATP1A1 (Q118R) and EBFP to perform coselection for EBFP to EGFP conversion. This vector is an optimized version of ATP1A1_G4_Q118R_EBFP_to_EGFP_Dual_pegRNA in which the EBFP pegRNA has been replaced by an engineered pegRNA (epegRNA - tevopreq1).

Quality Control
Every DNA prep is verified by next-generation sequencing, confirming plasmid identity, sequence integrity, and absence of DNA contaminants. Concentration is confirmed to be within ±2.5% of the stated concentration.
Our production process has been validated to consistently yield endotoxin levels below 1.0 EU/μg. Individual lots are not tested for endotoxin.
