A portion of this plasmid was derived from a plasmid made byTo generate the SNAP-Rab6a-T27N plasmid, we replaced the N-terminal myc tag sequences in the PCMV-intron myc Rab6 T27N (Addgene #46782) plasmids with the SNAPf sequence from the SNAP-Sec61B plasmid (Addgene #5520S) using HiFi DNA Assembly cloning.
