Phage ORFeome Library
(Pooled Library #249629)

  • Purpose

This library consists of approximately 400 phage open reading frames (ORFs), each cloned into an IPTG-inducible vector. The library can be transformed into bacteria expressing antiphage systems to uncover the triggers responsible for immune activation.
