*There is a premature stop int he Cas2 protein, removing the final 22 aa's (MKVLAGEVTMGEKISQNKILEF). From the author: "The Cas1/Cas2 are not necessary for the purposes of the plasmid as we have shown that C2c2 is all that is necessary for RNA targeting. [Investigators] should use pC001 if they’re actually interested in the Cas proteins."
