Purpose: Mammalian cell expression vector for FLAG-tagged UPA-CARD of NLRP1. The E1322R mutant abolishes interface III UPA-UPA contacts, DPP9 binding, and inflammasome activity
Viral Prep
Depositor: Patricia Jensen
Purpose: Ready-to-use AAV1 particles produced from pAAV-Ef1a-fDIO-ChrimsonR-tdTomato (#171027). Flp-dependent, Ef1a-driven expression of ChrimsonR-tdTomato fusion for optogenetic activation. These AAV preparations are suitable purity for injection into animals.

Purpose: Anti-Integrin α5β1 (Human) chimeric recombinant antibody with fused human variable and rabbit constant domains; binds the particular alpha/beta chain pair, does not block function
