Humagne Set C and Humagne Set D

The human CRISPR knockout enAsCas12a sgRNA libraries were designed for assays with limited cell numbers. Both libraries (Humagne Set C and Humagne Set D) target the same 19755 genes and each gene has one construct with 2 sgRNAs. Each library also contains 100 non-targeting pairs and 500 one-intergenic-site pairs. The total number of constructs per library is 20355. Set C contains best-ranked guides 1 and 4. Set D contains best-ranked guides 2 and 3.

Controls100 non-targeting pairs and 500 one-intergenic-site pairs in each library
These libraries are delivered as suspended DNA in microcentrifuge tubes on blue ice. The tube's contents will not necessarily be frozen. For best results, minimize freeze-thaw cycles.

Sets C and D were designed such that guides 1 and 4 were paired together (set C) and 2 and 3 (set D) rather than the sets described in the publication (1 and 2, set A) and (3 and 4, set B), which are slightly more optimal.
