Chong Zhang E. coli Genome-wide Inhibition Library
(Pooled Libraries #113134, #113135, #113136, #113137, #113138, #113146, #113147)

  • Purpose

    This genome-scale CRISPR inhibition library targets ~4,000 E. coli genes with ~15 gRNAs per gene and includes ~10,000 gRNAs targeting intergenic regions. Additionally, 2,400 gRNAs without any significant hit across the E. coli genome are provided as a negative control. The library is divided into 5 sublibraries defined by biological categories and includes a negative control (NC) control library and an additional custom test library targeting 86 genes (50 gRNAs per gene).

This library is delivered as suspended DNA in a microcentrifuge tube on blue ice. The tube's contents will not necessarily be frozen. For best results, minimize freeze-thaws.
