Mouse Liver CRISPR Knockout Library

• Purpose:

  This library targets 13,189 of the 13,266 protein-coding genes expressed in the mouse liver at any time point in development, adulthood, and regeneration, as determined by RNAseq (FPKM > 0.3) alongside 6,500 control sgRNAs. This includes an average of 5 sgRNAs per gene, 2,000 non-targeting control sgRNAs and 4,500 control-gene-targeting sgRNAs for a total of 71,878 sgRNAs. It can be used for genome-scale screening in the mouse liver.
