Depositor Comments

Please note that this plasmid runs as a dimer (>11kb). While this may reduce DNA yield, the plasmid still functions as expected for viral packaging.

Envelope plasmid. Known to work with most Aebischer and Trono lab lentiviral vectors, as well as the pLKO system.

Please visit the Trono lab http://tronolab.epfl.ch for cloning strategies, protocols, publications, and more.
