Addgene Diagnostic Digest
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb extended Ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pRRL Luciferase with the following enzyme(s): Dralll-HF BamHl-HF.
Expected bands: 1 band ~8.3 kb2 bands ~4.9 + 3.4 kb
Results: Observed a band at ~ 8.3 kb with single cut and two bands at ~4.9+3.4 kb with double cuts. And there are two faint bands incomplete digest at ~8 and ~10 kb in double enzymes.
