Depositor Comments

After lentivirus infection, Nanog and Lin28 are coexpressed by IRES2 intron. Infection with this lentivirus, when used with pSIN4-EF2-O2S and pSIN4-CMV-K2M have a significantly greater reprogramming efficiency than our original 4 lentiviruses.
